Very professional, air conditioned gym. Good dress room and showers, as well as a pool. I went on my last day in phuket, paid 450 baht for the single day, which is expensive, but the gym is worth the price.

They provide you a locker and some towels that you return at the end. There is alot of machinery and weights that are all clean and in good condition.

Expensive for Travelers, but a good gym experience.

Excellent gym facilities. Clean, spacious, mamy open air areas, nice pool, x-fit training and thai boxing room.

it's really nice and tidy here. It's all you need for an active and recreational pastime. The location is perfect, plenty of space, a nice pool, all the equipment is top technology, and, of course, friendly, educated and smiling staff. Don't miss the opportunity.

Very nice gym. Not crowded. Alot of free weights and machines. Good facilities. But it's a little hot there, they kept opening the windows.

Perfect, new and stylish gym and crossfit box with sauna and steam room. Prices for crossfit for Phuket incredibly low. Equipment is super new.

After a lot of research and visits to many areas around Patong. We decided to obtain a monthly membership here. Yes, its a bit far to our accommodations while in this area. However, it is worth the drive for peace of mind that the gym and fitness area is clean and equipped with all the weight machines needed to have a great workout.

If living in this area, check it out. They have some great promotions; for instance if you know you work out at a certain time you can get a monthly membership reduction based on non-peak hours; which is beneficial and worked out for us.. Would return if we were living in or within 20 minutes of this gym.
