It is a great place for the value. I had to attend the nearby Bangkok hospital and to stay overnight. It is a very convenient place and friendly people ????

Good size room with AC and decent bathroom
Reception staff very helpful
Nice pool area but didn't use it
Handy location as very close to Big C and Central Mall in Phuket
Perfect location for a one or two night stay in Phuket and transferring to islands/airports
Restaurant was closed when there but the staff can order you food from wherever and s convenience store across the street
Would defo stay here again

We stayed here October 2018. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in Thailand because a family member who had been vacationing took ill and was in the International Hospital across the street. We stayed one week until he was well enough to travel back to the states. This hotel was close by the hospital and lovely. The pool is great. The AC in the rooms was super great! There is shopping near by and a small laundry area on site. We mostly ate at the hospital cafeteria as that’s where we spent most of our time.

The traffic connections there is just great. These people seemed genuinely happy to do things for us. At the cleanliness - everywhere there was nothing to fault. Basically, the location is top notch. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. Good sized pool. Way overpriced for what you got.

Here for business. It is a very quiet and good place to stay. Comfy bed. Lots of street food, 100m away from a Family Mart. Plenty of parking. No traffic noise. Has coin operated washing machine and dryer. Very close to Central Mall.

Will return. No complaints.

I stayed in this hotel for 5days and i was happy after i left. I believe the location of the hotel is great. Ideally located for anyone having business at Phuket international hospital. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times. Great value for the price of the room.

The hotel's location is very convenient as you can walk almost anywhere. Stuff around is around everywhere ready to help. Hotel is very expensive for what you expect. Do not like curtains instead of a door at our bathroom. Dining options are limited in the area. A TAD outdated on the decor.
