quick stop for northern style sausage and many local food before flight. but parking is rare, you have to find space on street side if you lucky.

I believed this is original Vietnamese food, but it's here in Chiang Rai ever since I remembered. Visit the shop to see more of the history that how this shop has been around this small town. It's can represent local food and people of Chiang Rai since the shop has been around serving the Mhoo- yoh for Chiang Rain people long before the tourist come.

Even thought, it's originated in Vietnam but with the spice, love and care of the owners, this one deserved to be original Chiang Rai with their own recipe.

Must eat with the original sauce, Chili sauce, to get the original test.

Recommend: it's very nonsense sliced them in to small pieces. you need to eat the whole; split the banana wrap in the middle with a knife, take out the pork stick in side and bite a mouthful. Better yet, dip in the sauce, then another bite. it's better that way, it's a hand food not silverware.
