One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in northern Thailand. Well cared for. Warm and helpful owner, Maya, is wonderful. Good quality beds, clean, chilled place considering there are only 4 rooms.

Walking distance to the night Bazaar and Saturday night street market. Wonderful Thai restaurant 405 feet away and an awesome Western food place just down the street, the Hungry Wolf's. On check in the ladies were very nice and showed me to my room on the 3rd floor. For the price, I recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 3 nights on the 2nd stop of a tour. The hotel’s transportation is very convenient. Left laundry on night I arrived and was willing to pay premium as sick and needed clothes urgently -was promised the next day. Walking distance to everything you would want to visit or do.

I was pleasantly surprised to find nary a dust bunny. Great location to all the fields. Pretty much everything in town is walkable from here: temples, bus station, night market, restaurants. The hotel is walking distance to the night market. The shower could use a good scrub with bleach.

There are ***y places near the hotel to eat. The hotel was very clean at all times. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help us. We were very happy with the location of this hotel. We drove our rental car and they gave us a free car park.

Location near the beautiful clock tower and not far from the saturday night walking street market. Most of staff have no English and the ***ager spoke some English but could not care less about anything we said. Lots of restaurants and bars just down the street but far enough away so that you are not bothered by any noise.
