Great hotel and perfect location for your stay in Chiang Rai. Staff very helpful and polite and rooms spacious and immaculately clean. Prices are set for season and we managed to get a reduced price of 550 Thai Baht

Location is very good, the rooms are excellent and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and parking was secure for our motorcycles. Easy access to restaurants bars and a great view of the clock tower which is only 5 minutes away. Good value in my opinion

Great guesthouse . Lovely rooms, side bed and pillows. Powerful shower also hot. Great manager, who was very very helpful, also many bars and restaurants with in 2 minutes walk. But nice and quiet at night time, no road traffic etc. But only 8 or 10 rooms. So I recommend you book in advance

Very nice small hotel but with very few room in the centre of Chiang Rai town 40 meter from clock tower. Free Wifi and operatef by very friendly stuff.
End Feb 2018 original owner reoperated and manage the hotel. Minor renovation on front of long forgothen Chedi started face lifting. Room also going through renovation and provide more walk space.
Update year 2022. Still feel warmly like home when stay here.

We stayed for one night and was very impressed, then decided to stay another night after we came back from chiang mai. The location is perfect, right near the clock tower, to the night bazaar, near a mosque and several halal eateries. The bus station is within walking distance and the airport is only 20 minutes away. The room is large, very clean and comes with breakfast. The owner 's family runs the hotel and they are available most of the time. Highly recommended.

Decent clean place and great location. It is near chiang rai walking street, night bazaar and Saturday night market and temples. Free Breakfast was basic consisting of toast, sunny side up egg, coffee, juice and tea bag drinks. The only thing I had a problem with is the noises outside can echo through the place. Light sleepers may have a difficult time sleeping.

We were there just before christmas. the hotel is completely new or renovated, the room even smelled a little bit from the fresh paint, which we didn‘t mind. we were totally satisfied and would book it again. very nice owner and friendly staff. on my request, i got a flatter pillow the same day. breakfast is simple, fresh and good: besides toast, butter, marmelade and fruit, there is a daily speciality, e.g. an egg for breakfast or a glass noodle salad. the coffee tastes excellent thanks to the coffee machine including milk frother. we found the location top - right in the center, 50 m to the clock tower, close to the bus station and thanks to the design of the hotel quiet enough to sleep very well.
