Staff is very confused and not welcoming. We booked the private room and when we got to the room we saw the sheets were full of blood stains, we went downstairs to ask them to change the sheets (which were clearly not changed before we got there, it's not something I should ask for). After they changed it we found that the pillows were also full of blood. We asked them again and they changed them. The third time we got up we found more blood. That was enough. It was really disgusting and clearly no one changed the sheets for I don't know how long, and no one even checked them before because they were clearly full of blood. We got a refund for the night and we cancelled the rest because it was unbearable, and the staff asked us not to leave them a review explaining what happened, which I find extremely rude to ask. Plus, it looks nothing like the pictures, everything is very dirty and the whole property is very old and clearly hasnt been cleaned in at least a month. The only good thing about this place is that it's close to the bus terminal so we could out of there as quickly as possible.

Be aware, there are bed bugs!
We found blood stains on our sheets after one night in our room. After carefully checking the bed we were able to catch one and show to the receptionist. The hotel only offered to change the room but was not willing to refund us for the nights. I did not have the feeling that this issue was taken seriously by managent so if you decide to stay there check your bed before hand!

My boyfriend and I booked this hostel due to the great reviews and modern look. When we arrived there, the communal area looked more like a building site and nothing like the photos. The place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, the shampoo and soap dispensers were broken and there was a disgusting smell coming from the drains. There was hardly any space in the toilet cubicle as the door hit the toilet when you tried to enter. While we could deal with all of the above, the worst part was when we got into bed we saw a couple of red bugs on the duvet cover. With further inspection we realised there were lots of bugs all over the sheet and near the pillows. A quick google told us that these were bed bugs. When we went downstairs to inform someone, we realised there was no one working. We packed our things and stayed on a high stool in the communal area for the night. The next morning we left at 6am as we couldn't bear to sit on the uncomfortable stools any longer. We left a note at reception to inform them we checked out early and the reason why. We wrote to the hostel the next day asking for a refund as we had booked 4 nights but could only stay 1 due to the bed bugs but we got no response. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We visited on New year Eve. Luckily we got a room for ourselves with a great location Hostel. Shared facilities are great only that cafe/minimart wasn’t open.

The room on the Mezzanine floor was abit smelly. Probably because of the humidity during the season. A little too few and too small window. No sunlight gets in and no doors for both rooms.
(There’s 1 shared bathroom for 4 beds so a bit privacy might be good)

Great space overall. Need improve on air+light quality. Quite place.

This place is really close to the bus terminal and the night market, grocery stores and everything you need. It has a bar downstairs and a rooftop terrace. Good value for money, super friendly staff. Bed way too hard for my taste, things to improve here and there to make it more cozy, but that will come with time.

We stayed in a private room and everything was nice and clean. One of our best accomodations. Would recommend to everyone.

Great hostel in the center, 2 min walk from the bus station and the night market.
Nice bathroom and comfy beds.
