Stayed here for a solitary night everything was okay room is cleanly maintained, however the only problem I’ve is the location deep inside the alley which I get lost on my returning in the night. I paid ฿400 for the stay. The staff actually gave me a ride to the bus terminal upon my check-out early in the morning.

Best accomodation we had in one month Thailand! The grandma is so friendly and the rooms are incredibly beautiful, big and comfortable. Our bed was freshly made every day and we got some bottled water, towels, new soap u0026 toilet paper as well.
It is also possible to rent a scooter at this guesthouse, we took a new 125 motorcycle for 250 Thb/Day with two modern helmets.

We're so happy! Thank you for that pleasant stay.

We stayed here when we were in Chiang Rai for almost 6 nights. The staff is super friendly and the Grandma is so kind. The premise is clean and budget friendly. They also have brand new motorbikes for rent and we used one for our trip to Phu Chi Fa. Definitely recommended if you are looking for pocket friendly accommodation.

I give this place 5 stars because there nothing I can really fault it on. Staff my very friendly and helpful, and well. The rooms are well kept and as described. The price is very affordable, and the location is very central accessible. If you are looking for something, or if you want a place with a large area, then this is not a place for you. It is quite small and straight to the point. But if you are looking for an affordable option it is centrally located but really nice staff, then this is a great option. They also have motorbikes to rent on site, which is nice.
