I stayed here for about 2 weeks.
-Breakfast is everyday the same, fried rice with meat und egg
-The street on the side of the balcony from the hotel is the main street so it starts to get loud at around 8am
-The room service, cleaning etc. is very good
-The room is clean, has a tv, air conditioner, super good wifi, a fridge and a nice bathroom with all u need

It might have some dirty spots in the room and the loud street next to the building but for the price you cant say anything!

Been several times. Rooms clean, decent Wi-Fi and walking distance to mall.

Handy five minutes walk to Promenada Mall, current home for Thai Immigration. Friendly co-operative staff, free breakfast, clean and tidy. A very pleasant place to stay.
