The Pizza tastes great!????????????staff good service and very nice. we got some strawberry cheesecake for complimentary. well, I can’t recommend this restaurant enough you should come over here, such a warmu0026welcoming environment.????

Don’t believe I never came into this place but going to Duke’s. Appreciate the complementary fresh salad and bread. The bread is one of the best I’ve ever had. The Ragu Spaghetti is delicious!! We will be here more often. Duke’s eat your heart out!

Located at a nice, quiet corner of the mall, this is a great place for a quiet tucker in the afternoon. It's Italian, so no burgers but lots of pasta, breads and salads. I had the set which consists of a helping of lasagna, one "small" (it's big) pizza and a large salad. Portions are generous here. Complimentary items include a bread basket (just drizzle the olive oil), Italian soda and a slice of cheesecake. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal here

Since our first visit, possibly over 5 years ago, we recently had the opportunity of revisiting it again and were pleasantly surprised!

The food is certainly delicious and heartwarming, love the aromatic spices in their food, and how flavoursome everything is.

Our girl has developed a love for their parma ham flatbread, I personally love their Mediterranean Salad, and recently enjoyed their Mushroom Lasagne.

The atmosphere is very relaxing, lovely decor, well-staffed, and food is served pretty quickly. Definitely a great dining option at Promenada.

PS. Some of their dishes come with a complimentary side dish of salad, and it is big! Wonderful for veggie lovers! ♡

Aside from pizzas, pastas, and much more, desserts and large slices of cakes are also available too!

Considering that Ragu's is managed by the same owners of The Duke's restaurants, we were expecting mediocre chain restaurant Italian food. Were we pleasantly surprised! Really tasty, quality fare. We've dined here several times, our favorites so far are their Lasagna and Chicken Pesto Penne (with chicken breast topped with tomato sauce). They have the best Meatballs and Spaghetti in Chiang Mai! Tasty, crispy Garlic Bread while you wait for your food.

Nice atmosphere (love the wood furnishings) and very friendly service. Lots of available seating. It takes a while to look through their huge menu filled with appetizer, salad, pizza, pasta and sandwich selections. Large wine selection, too.

Don't forget to order their yummy homemade desserts, or dine-in/take-out from their well-stocked deli section.

We’re from Australia. Probably one of the best authentic Italian restaurants we have come across. Ha ha … except those in Italy. 6 stars in terms of value, taste, portion. It’s our 2nd visit to the restaurant this month.
