A big mall. It had a japanese festival in the center of the mall with many different food to try+ live music+ japanese kimono show(or something like that). Can't say much about the mall itself except that it also has a cinema upstairs

Getting better but still too many empty units and stores close too early. Owner/Manager needs to lower rent and fill the empty stores and can raise rents later when it’s a fully functioning mall. Vacancy is the biggest cost of rental property, manager should learn this. Contact me if you need advice.

My most favourtie shopping mall in Chiang Mai. There is always a parking space even if you came here during the holidays. It is never crowded. You can buy clothes , mobile phones , food , snack , etc here. There are also Thai banks , Movie theater (SF Cinema) , The Duke restaurant , Tom n Toms coffee shop , Auntie anne's , Wine Collection and many friendchise.

Still a bit quiet due to Covid but it's a great place for food, entertainment, and shopping.
There's a theater which is quite nice.
The Dukes is probably the most popular restaurant but I'd recommend trying out Wrap Master if you get the chance.
There are a LOT of electronic stores where you can find just about anything you need.

big beautiful mall. Not much here. many vacant stores. Still nice but needs more life. The immigration office does a good job. I got my retirement visa renewed. A lot of waiting, copies, go home a come back later, sitting. If they tell you to go to 2nd floor they mean the 3rd floor. Get copies of everything. 2k baht. Letter from bank and your bank book balance updated.

Promenada Chiang Mai has now closed due to foreclosure. All restaurants, stores, and venues like Dukes, Toys "R" Us, Rimping, Major Cinema, and 50 Fly have shut down. The building is no longer open to the public.

This mall as so much potential! We love the layout and vibe of the mall but there's nothing there. Hardly any shops, a handful of eateries, and a small cinema. I would give 5 stars for the look of the mall, it's really beautiful with water features etc. But there's not much substance in the form of shops unfortunately. A few technology stores but nothing else we'd ever heard of. It's a real pity. The cinema was good though! Cheap and we got reclining sofa seats!
