I really hope the people at this hotel are doing OK. I have stayed here twice for over a week on both occasions. It’s an excellent hotel. The rooms are a little small but I don’t mind because everything is so clean, the staff are so helpful and it’s so nicely located. Again, it’s been a while since I’ve been here but there is a little old lady who sits in a booth across the street selling a spicy ginger tea you must try.

I stayed here for Songkran in 2019 and the staff all sat out in front with me while the parade went by. They let us use their water guns. What a wonderful memory.

I enjoyed staying here. Friendly staffs and nice rooms. There is a front yard At the lobby where we can play with the kids or just relax enjoying the sun. Recommended .

Great hotel. The beds are good. We had air conditioning, housekeeping is good. It's all clean and the staff is nice.
Location is perfect. Close by the night bazaar and also the old city..
Where on our honeymoon, and they did a lot of work to make the room nice.

Had a very pleasant stay at The Signature hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are spacious, well designed and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and big bed and quiet room. Location is also perfect, on walking distance of the old center. Will definitely come back to this hotel when in Chiang Mai.

The hotel is brand new. The bedroom and bathroom is clean. The location is good, just a minute walking from Thapae Gate (don't miss Sunday night market). The receptionist is really helpful. They have tour service arrangement too, but a little pricey than the other company. The minimarket and currency exchange near the walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. It's in the middle of the city, walking distance to many places in Chiang Mai. The hotel is located in a really quiet and peaceful area. Rooms are clean, service are superb! Nice and friendly English talking staff. This is a place I can recommend everyone to visit. Only thing missing is a swimming pool, so you can cool off after a long day outside walking. The staff will help you find nice things to do in and around the city when you stay there. The beds can be alittle hard for someone, but I didn't have any problem with it! This is a really nice place to stay for not that much money!

Awesome location, a few blocks away the temples, night markets, the river, a money exchange, quick market and restaurants. The facilities are new, personnel is friendly. The breakfast is cheap as well as the laundry service (charged by weight not by piece).
What is not that great is the size of the rooms, but for the price you are paying you get a nice king bed, shower and small closet.
I arrived for the annual festival and the parade passed right in front the hotel.
