Friendly staff, great location, reasonable price, but some rooms would use renovation and better cleaning.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I had a private room with 2 single beds which worked out for me so that I could put my stuff on one bed because there is no closet. Beds are decent, breakfast is great (eggs and toast; coffee and tea offered). I enjoyed their pool and the staff are helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the square city. (About 10 mins). Overall a nice chills vibe and I would highly recommend it.

Great cheap place to stay. Just outside the inner city so quieter neighborhood vibe. The pool is nice and there are common area couches for lounging. My 4 person room had 2 fans and a bathroom. Not super clean but good for 100 baht! There is lots of great street food in the evening nearby.

I stayed in this hostel in December 2017 and I had a really great experience. Our room was big and with private bathroom and the bed was really confortable compared to others I had stayed.
The common area is really quiet and great to chill, plus it has a pool to escape from the heat in summer.
The stuff was really cool as well.
Will definitely go back

Private rooms have soft beds!!! Very rare in this city.
This place is pretty rad. Cozy common space, people at the front desk 24/7, and a pool. Beds in our private room were SOFT. Very rare for chiang mai. The beds are old, but it still beats the stone-hard beds everywhere else in the under 40$ a night price range. Room could use updating, as they are kinda falling apart, and sometimes the bathrooms are a little funky. Overall, for $15 a night with softer beds, i would gladly stay here again.

I stayed in the dormitory with a fan. The heat was tremendous at night, but for the price it was worth it, after all, the hostel has a pool. The bathroom wasn't cleaned often but was ok. The reason I have given only 3 stars is due to the receptionist. He doesn't seem to like what he's doing, he's always very rude. Has no patience with guests. He knows things but is lazy to explain. In the end, I highly recommend the hostel, but if the hostel trades the receptionist, it would be a perfect place.

Surprisingly the best hostel we have stayed at on our one month trip in Thailand. For the price you get so much. Clean , free breakfast , great staff and a pool open early till late. Out side toilet includes toilet roll unlike other hostels. Would recommend to others on a budget
