Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far. Stayed at the hotel 2 times and would go back again. The staff are lovely and super helpful. Rooms are clean not to mention the breakfast is delicious. They have free water already in the fridge which is nice and easy to take on your way out. Nice location and very spacious in side. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others

I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough, we originally booked for 2 nights but extended for 3 more because we had such a lovely experience here. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t of been more helpful. The room was clean and we had fresh towels, soap Etc every day. Breakfast was cooked fresh to your liking with lots of fruit and cake also there was unlimited water. Would 100% stay here again!

We stayed for three nights and the staffs had been helpful and friendly during our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good. They provided local Thai food as well as bread, salad, and yogurt.. many varieties were provided and were delicious! The room was not perfectly clean ( spot stain on our blanket and towel) however it is still a overall nice accommodation to stay at. The hotel is located outside of South Gate but is still accessible for all the main attraction.

These people are so genuine and nice. I booked my hotel for the wrong week...so there I was in the middle of Chang Mai with nowhere to stay. Thankfully the Manager (she might have been the owner) was opening up another hotel down the street. She opened up a room and let me stay there for free! They also gave us water and breakfast for two days. I was so thankful. The rooms are great, breakfast was great, and the staff is great. They are perfectly located for the large night marked too! Thanks again!!

Side note: the beds are soft/standard. If you are American like me then you will love this place.

Nothing bad to say about this gem. Amazing service, cheap and clean rooms, very helpful staff, breakfast and unlimited cold water bottles included, modern look and feel, nice pool area, the list goes on.
Four months later and we still talk about our experience in this hotel. After our check out we went to do sightseeing around the city and asked if we could leave our bags. Not only did the hotel staff offer to store them in the secured baggage locker area but upon return they offered us fresh towels for pool use and later called us a cab to the airport. We weren't even guests of the hotel anymore and still they gave us 10/10 service.

What can I possibly say about this hotel, it was AMAZING. from location to cleanliness and the WONDERFUL staff, everything was perfect! This hotel was built two years ago with a very modern decor. The pool area is so warm and cozy, even though you're in the city center. There is a ton of green around the hotel and it is walking distance to everything, location was beyond perfect. (10 mins from airport, 10-15 min walk to all of Chiang Mai's beauty). Lastly, the staff was so kind and took care of all of our requests. With our early morning flight leaving Chiang Mai, they went above and beyond to get us transportation since the cabs do not run before 6am. If I can give this place more than 5⭐ I definitely would!! Hands down a place to stay!!!

My third one-night stay at this little gem five minutes walk from the old city gate, and each time it is a delight. The staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient, and the rooms have everything you need. Breakfast is fantastic, and the lobby has 24-hour chilled water and (very good) coffee available. The ground floor rooms with a little patio are great as you can sit outside if you want to smoke, for example.

The lobby is the centre of activity, with the small swimming pool just off to one side. It all creates a great atmosphere of modernity and chic, but simple, style. And the hotel (unlike many budget offerings in Thailand) has been well-maintained since I first stayed over a year ago.

It's hard to think of a better place for a stopover en route to somewhere else, or as a base if you plans in Chiang Mai have you out every day sightseeing in the area. Maybe if you want to chill out by a pool every day and relax, you may want to stretch the budget to a larger hotel with a bigger range of recreational options, but I shall certainly be back here again on future trips to CM
