Great place to relax while waiting for the bus, it's right beside the station main entrance and you don't need to cross any roads to get there.
Toilets are free and reasonably clean, though be sure to grab some toilet paper from the dispenser beside the hand dryer as there's no toilet paper in the stalls.
Would recommend getting a mochi icecream ball (25B) to snack on from Bakery, eating a cheap and tasty lunch at Mashitta (Korean) just outside the building, and relaxing in Dunkin Donuts where it smells surprisingly lovely.

Has two decent Korean restaurants and a Korean cafe chain Tom n Tom's. There is an Apple repair shop as well. Parking is normally not a problem. Very close to the Arcade Bus Station

It's nice place and convenience for traveller that can eat u0026 drink.All style and all kind of food. You 'll feel free to relax before to take a long journey.

I really like this mall, but it does have one glaring problem. There are so many vacant spaces that it really reduces the vitality that should be there. And they don't seem to focus on bringing complementary businesses to their property. I would definitely prefer to give 4 stars, but this inability of the management to bring businesses to make the customer experience at their mall better is really a downer. I get the idea that they don't care enough to do the work needed to manage the place well. It has a great location, yet they don't make a go of it. Speaks volumes of management.

Awesome little mall next to Chiang Mai's Bus Station Terminal 3. I really loved the place, even though it's half abandoned (not really; but several places are waiting to be rented and occupied) I really hope more hep business come and make this little mall their home. They have a giant chess game in the foyer on the first floor, and the way up on the side is a lovely faux grass uphill walk from the ground to the second floor where there's a cool dance bar a bit beat up, but still working, as far as I could see. In all this is a lovely place, but it needs a bit of care and more businesses in it. McDonald's is there, a couple cool coffee places, a tea spot, clothing, trinkets and souvenirs, etc.... shoes too and a cosmetics store.

Adorable! It's decorated really well. Has two life sized chess sets. Great set up. Lots of fun restaurants and stores, including a pizza place and many coffee shops. Lots of Korean restaurants too.

I went along December 2016
I was passing so stopped in for a while.
Lots of parking and a few of the well known shops.
A few places to eat and drink also
Not a bad little shopping centre and the unusual sights of the security guards dressed as Scots guards with a fake bear skin helmet !
Looks a bit wrong on the Thailand sun and heat !
