The bathroom had a disgusting smell. The staff gave us toilet spray and something to put in the toilet. It didn't work. It was impossible to be in the bathroom longer than 3 seconds. I am not coming back.

Very spacious, good wifi and nice ladies working there. Can only pay with cash :( No card allowed and it’s a bit annoying

Positive: Close to terminal 3 bus station Great wifi Quiet location Very clean and spacious Water available Easy checkin she didn't understand me but had translate on her phone check out process no hassle. Negative: Hard bed but would b fine for a few nights I think the couch would b more comfortable Nothing much in walking distance but plenty of tuktuk and red trucks at the bus terminal.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at while in Chiangmai. The apartment was clean and spacious and the television channels included English and movie channels. They also supplied bottled water and free coffee and Milo at the front desk downstairs. The hotel is not centrally located so you have to use Grab taxi to get around as shopping centres are not within walking distance. The hotel is however within walking distance to the bus station and there is a 7-eleven around the corner. I really enjoyed my stay here as the hotel is very quiet and there is no noise disturbance by other guests.

Positive: I like the fact that InKham is just a few hundred meters from the Arcade bus station. The rooms are reasonably priced and for around THB 100 a Tuktuk will get you just about anywhere in CM. Excellent value for money as all rooms include a separate bedroom and living room, with small kitchen area (no cooking implements) each with separate air con.. Negative: The rooms haven't been renovated in some time. In some rooms, the furniture is damaged (I stayed more than once) and hasn't been replaced. If you stay more than two nights, you'll have to explicitly request that the room be cleaned. Clothes hangers are missing in some of the rooms, but may be requested at the front desk. I sent specific requests (via Booking.com) that were never answered — on multiple occasions. Wasn't too happy about that! If you have specific needs, it might be better to call….

Positive: The perfect location to get an early morning bus because it's only a 2 min walk from the bus station. We arrived late from Bangkok and stayed there because we took a bus to pai the next morning. Some nice restaurants are in the little mall next to the bus station. We loved the size of the apartment because it's really huge..
