Poor quality and it doesn't worth your time and money

I entered the the room I booked I found a lot of mosquitoes inside. I got back to the lobby and tell them to get rid of them. But instead of getting rid of them. They said turn AC to very low temp they would be gone. But after all they are still there.

-Water heater is not working in the room I booked. (room101 )
Room service also offered me to take a shower in other room but that room just got checked out and unclean.
-Weak wifi signal
-good looking and comfortable lobby
-modern style room
-the phone inside the room is just for show (not working just like the water heater)

no discount were offered for the inconveniences that i experienced.

In the beginning I was a little scared that I would end up in a discusting hotel because of some comments I read but I was presently surprised when I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpfull. My room was on the second floor, got cleaned every other day and they gave me two free bottles of water every day. The bed was super comfy, never had such a comfy bed before in Asia. Lots of placed to get food in walking distance. Ok, the badroom had some mold but i've stayed in worst places (even they weren't bad). Will will definitely go back again!

Really good place just from the beginning we had problem that there is another 7 days hotel that Is much closer to the airport and we did this mistake to book this one thinking that there is no other. After we came there we understood there was a mistake because of us and using a taxi we came to the correct place. Everything was nice. Clean and quiet.

The worst hotel in Chiang Mai. It almost feels like you're in a movie it is so bad. Cockroches everywhere. The bathroom stunk and made loud noises all night. The staff are miserable children. The whole building looks like it's gonna crumble anytime soon.
This suited us because it was next to the bus station for an early morning journey. However, in hindsight we would never stay here again and pay a little more for a better experience.

Great hotel with a great price! Room with hot shower working perfectly, the beds are super comfortable. Very friendly staff and the location is great, 5 min walking to the bus terminal and next to a shopping centre.
100% recomendable ! We will come again ????

Nothing special. Shower surges between hot and cold. Grubby and neglected. No lift so you better like stairs if they put you on the 4th floor. Close to the bus station.

Great place, clean, tidy and good size room. But at the reception doesn't understand English, not very good quality of wifi.
Near the bus station.
