Stayed here two years ago, just realised I forgot to leave a review! Absolutely wonderful host, very kind and helpful. There's a beautiful garden out the front with flowers and fruit growing. Perfect if you need to be close to the bus station.

Great location, right by one of the bus terminals and a few minutes walk away from Chiang Mai's biggest mall Central Festival. Also close to the train station. The couple that run it is fluent in English, super helpful, and really friendly. The room had everything I expected it to have. I would definitely stay here again!

A welcoming place that felt like home.

Close to the bus terminal and with ease of roaming around the neighbourhood. Location is perfect for those who are seeking a easy transit via long distance bus.

I cant help to mention that the staff are so nice and cute. The owners are sincere and communication is easy with good English, Chinese and Thai.

The place is clean and neat without much problem for me. Its good to comeback again.

Amazing experience.

The owner is very nice and accommodating. We had a bus early in the morning, 6:30am. So she woke up extra early to check us out of the room.

The room is very clean and modern with mini-fridge, TV, Aircon and fan. The bathrooms are also clean and modern with a large square waterfall showerhead, nice modern toilet.

A quiet stay near the bus station. Free tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit available in the morning for a quick bite before venturing out.

Highly recommend!

We stayed for a few days and love it. Close to the bus station and just a short ride to the old city. With just 30-35 bahts you can go to downtown/other tourist place. Use red taxi like the locals -:)

A quiet neighborhood and a very friendly host with a GREAT SMILE!

Will definitely stay here again if I’m in CM!

Stayed here for one night before a long flight home. It was a very nice and comfortable place. Insanely clean. Had its own bathroom with shower and towels. Owner was super accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this place! If I come back to Chiang Mai, I’ll be staying here
