good place to train. located in the historical part of the city. on the ground floor there is a small gym. On the second, there is a Muaythai room.

I was there for thai boxing experience. The coach taught Muay thai techniques nicely. Even beginner can enjoy workout with lots of fun. its just awesome.

Total beginner here. The instructors was very nice and hands-on. You'll get a really good workout from the drills! Then you'll get to have one-on-one sparring session with the instructor towards the end of the class.

Awesome experience, will probably go again once my muscle stops aching ????

We tried a muay Thai class for the first time. It was amazing! Our coach, Ote, was really friendly and fun. The class was just the two of us and one other person, so it was a good size. It was 390 baht per person for a one off class. Highly recommend!

In addition to the Muay Thai Gym, there is also a standard gym downstairs with a good amount of free weights and cardio machines. A day pass was 100 baht/person at time of review.

The trainer Ot wapa outstanding. He is giving classes Monday, wednesday adn Friday at 09.30. I fully recommend it

Training at this gym turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
Having previously trained three weeks in one of Bangkok's elite Muay Thai gyms (Sitsongpeenong), I thought this to be a tourist-oriented facility aiming to entertain the curious westerners. But I was wrong. As soon as the trainer, a very kind man named Lek, assessed my ability, and saw that I was no fool, he adapted to it, and quickly pointed out my mistakes and instructed me how to correct them. He gave me the impression to be truly interested in my improvement and even invited me to join him after training to attend a fight where he would corner for one of his students.
What I liked about training is that there was a fight-oriented focus on technique, that means that certain moves were taught only in relation to their actual deployment in a fight. Great attention was put on stretching (a often neglected part of training) and the environment seemed to be as relaxed as our muscles.
I took the time to write this long review because I do really want to recommend this gym: it will cater to your needs. You want to have a glimpse into Muay Thai?; - you'll get it. You want to be trained for a fight?;- Lek will train you for a fight. You won't be disappointed.
Finally, two more assets of this place: its central location and the background of the other students: it is mostly Thai girls from the city; so, if you are a tourist and want to meet some locals, or an expat looking to expand its social circle in Chiang Mai, why not starting here?
