My review is simply in regards to the massage service provided at Pats. Went in for a thai massage. The masseuse who was an older gentleman spent the next hr looking at his phone throughout the session and enough effort to what could be equated to a kitten walking on my back.

If you are seeking a massage, be wary. Much better places around.

Ha! I didn’t even know this was a Bu0026B. My daughter and I went here for Thai massage during a rain storm. The massage room was nice. Good massage outfits. Masseurs were professional and spoke in hushed whispers. It was a pretty good Thai massage and a decent price, 250 baht. Only two beds in our room.

I would recommend this place for my friends and anybody who wants to travel on a budget but doesn't want to sacrifice quality. The blue curtains covering the security box and below the sink give Thai Deco which is comfortable and peaceful. At about 7am, there were noise from the school that's beside the hotel and noise from the temple.

This is a review for the thai massage, not the hotel room. Literally the worst thai massage I had in 5 trips to Thailand. No power, and the masseus was falling asleep....at 7pm. My friend was with me, and had the same experience, so 2/2 bad massages. Avoid.

The hotel/lobby/library has a distinct charchter and the staff (especially Lasana) are so helpful. Pat's place is located perfectly for seeing all the temples and walking around Chiang Mai although a little further to the night markets but only 10 mins walk. Pat's is fantastic value in the mid price range.

We loved our 10 day stay at Pat's. The blue curtains covering the security box and below the sink give Thai Deco which is comfortable and peaceful. The place is in the old part of the city and just opposite of a beautiful temple. Pat's is a very good base for exploring the city.

A nice little guesthouse in a very good area of Chiang Mai. It's worth every penny. I thoroughly recommend a few days here if you are looking for a boutique guest house and remmember to be in Chiang Mai at the weekend for the weekend market. A nice and comfortable place with excellent location.
