It’s ok for a night… dated, small pool… owner is Muslim, no alcohol. That’s not a problem but worth to mention. Breakfast has three options and was not my style. (Went out for food.) not recommended.

The windows was not possible to open. It was locked with key. Receptionist told me he didn't open it because this is a suicide protection. The room was very smelly due antimosquito spray. So, I asked back my money and went to another hotel where I can open the window.

Low cost place to stay. But should be cheaper.
Older and in need of a serious face lift.
Floor in room sticky.
Mildew and moldy bathroom.
Refrigerator in room inoperable.
Men must hold toilet lid up to urinate or it falls down.
Curtain very dirty.
Bed sheets full of holes.
More mosquitoes than I would like. It is near a wooded area in central Chiang Mai Near Kad Suan Kaew.

Live looks better than the pictures. Pretty clean and comfortable bed. The pool does not scare away. Very good wifi. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin and you can hear everything clearly going on in the corridor. I do not recommend breakfast, it does not pay at all. It is better to go to the surrounding street foods

This hotel was very decent considering the price. The pool got lots of sun during the day and the staff were always smiling. The breakfast was pretty average but it was only 90 baht.
It’s close to Nimman which is considered a trendy area, although it’s overpriced. If I returned, I’d stay in the top right corner of the old town, as it’s where all the cool bars and cafes are located. Tip: don’t leave without visiting Ram Bar for the drag show. It’s outstanding!!!!

The staff is especially kind, cheerful, and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. I’d love to see them add a bedside lamp so that there would be an option for warm light that is less bright than the overhead fixture. Very nice breakfast buffet. We plan to stay here again!
