Love this place! We had breakfast here almost every day during our stay in Chiang Mai. Nice and quiet with a friendly atmosphere. Food was very good and the coffees we're well made and tasty. Loved the avocado on toast and lattes They even had HP sauce for those that be addicted to the brown sauce like me. Unfortunately it is closed on Mondays for some well deserved rest for the staff so plan accordingly. :-) Highly recommended!

Always amazing. Get the avocado with poached eggs and add some freshly ground pepper on top. I ate this meal at least five times and it's consistently good. Drippy yolk, smushy avocado, slight C R O N C H of the toast. Here are a few pictures of multiple times that I ordered this dish. Eventually my partner realized that I was right all along and also ordered this glorious meal.
Service is great. You'll be kept well-hydrated.

Excellent! Highly recommend. Service is good, quick and efficient. Lots of great choices for breakfast including a create your own. I had bacon, which was perfectly cooked crispy potatoes and fried egg. My husband had avocado and poached eggs. The eggs were cooked to perfection and there was a lot of avocado. The coffee was excellent, great flavor. Everything was reasonably priced and portions are exactly right. Highly recommend and will be going back! Edit: ate here several times a week. Salads are delicious, Le Brunch breakfast has real sausages.

I went two days in a row. The club sandwich is one of the best I ever had. The second day I took the breakfast bagel, which was good, but I think the club sandwich is a better deal at 150 Baht ????

This morning and afternoon restaurant is operated by a Thai family. The male owner is the most attentive person I have ever seen in a restaurant since being employed at the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua Maui. He anticipates guest needs and is one step head of every customer. The food is served extremely fresh, extremely hot, and exceptional value for the money

The breakfast is tasty but maybe largely customers of this restaurant are foreigners,so the price is not cheap as the other local restaurants.As shown in this photo,145 baht.

Friendly owner. Nice food. 90B for veggie omelette with toast and 40B hot latte.
