Nice and cosy hotel. Clean, and staff is attentive. One Star less because it’s suffering from Covid blues. Kitchen very limited, and cold breakfast. I am sure this will improve once tourism picks up. Recommend none the less…

The hotel overall is good. Nice place to stay. I really like the style. It's value for money. However, take a very good note that Wi-Fi may not work well in your room, which is the major down side to this place. It's the way the wireless network has been set up and I don't think the owner will fix it very soon.. That's too bad.

This is the worst hotel in my whole trip to Chiang mai.
I stayed on the top 6th floor.
The room has really bad moldy smell especially the bathroom, water in the shower switch from hot to cold on its own, and the room that I stayed definitely need big renovation.

The only star i gave is to the staff. they’re nice, as I complained, they apologised but still did nothing nor changed me the room or anything.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is delicious — definitely a highlight at this place. The pool area is very nice and well maintained by staff. The only drawback is that WiFi barely works in rooms; it’s good I in common areas though. I recommend.

Great stay and super good breakfast. Star deducted because of room 612 which we stayed was really old with moldy smell. (10/12/2021)

It's clean, the room was amazing as well had a beautiful decoration. The staff were so friendly I feel super happy we picked this hotel during our holiday in Chiang Mai, plus the pool area is so cool!

Very safe area and very good staff. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We got room 604 for our twin beds and we couldn't be happier once we got to our room. It's okay for those who have a car since it's located at the end of the soi.
