*Leaves California just to find California coffee shop in Chiang Mai* ????????????????????Scrambled egg sandwich is perfection. Exactly like the photo in the menu. Was served a latté when I ordered a cappuccino, but it was so beautiful I didn’t even care. Perfect place to come get work done, wonderfully quiet environment with option of downstairs, upstairs, and outdoor seating. Perfect place to have a meeting or just enjoy some reading time. Will definitely be back.

Nice and modern café with well decorated in a heart of the town.
Premium green tea was pretty impressive with rich flavor of a real green tea. Prices were acceptable; middle rage of price.

I could find no parking spaces but you can park on the roadsides. Staffs were nice.

We enjoy good coffee, own a decent espresso machine u0026 grinder, roast our own beans etc. and this is some of the best coffee we’ve ever had! Amazing taste from a hand-pulled espresso machine! In addition, cool interior with a spacious upper floor. Highly recommended!

The coffee was amazing, delicious and you have it in the moment... But We order pancakes (a little salty), yogurt and a toast and we were waiting more than ONE HOUR for eat. If you have time, you can wait because everything was good, if not go and try just the coffee.

Really great space with nice upstairs and front balcony. The coffee and fruit with yogurt were good and very reasonably prices. 55 baht for cappuccino. Nice service people , very clean, comfortable space.

Great coffee in an awesome relaxing environment. Comfortable tables and fast WiFi for working. Has a bathroom that is clean and accessible from inside which is great! #BeatTheGrind

This coffee shop is fantastic. Internet : Down 76/ Up 58. Internet limited to 2 GB. The cappuccino is strong and flavorful. The interior is work friendly even this there is very limited space . The cafe is on the small side. Affordable pricing (55 baht cappuccino/ 65 latte)
