This is a cheerful, family-run hotel with an excellent location in the Old Town of Chiang Mai. The owner is really friendly and attentive. They offer room service and free water refills daily. The studio room was comfortable and spacious for two people. There is a small patio area, but be careful of slipping as the concrete surface gets slippery from the rain. The area is generally quiet most of the time, even though there are plenty of bars and a market nearby. Plenty of massage parlors and restaurants close by as well. There was a bit of an ant problem, but we just made sure to pack all our food in the fridge as to not attract them. Not a big deal at all. It is a low cost option that’s centrally located with short walking distance to all major attractions of old town and surrounding areas including night markets. This place is best suitable for budget travelers not looking for luxury stays. It was a great deal overall!

We stayed in the Chiang Mai area multiple nights and couldn’t help but come back to this place. The hosts are so kind and helpful and sweet. The value for the stay is incredible. This hostel was in a very convenient location. Close to many shops, restaurants, and night markets/walking streets with a great restaurant right across the street. Also very clean! We can’t say enough good things:)

I don’t know if this is usually the case but my room had ants that got to my clothes and a dirty bedsheet.. Just check these things before because I didn’t.
The shared bathroom is clean and the beds are comfortable.
Staff is the best part! Kind and helpful

Great place to stay in Chiangmai. The room is spacious and cleaned daily, the owner is extremely nice too. Would definitely stay again!

How do I begin. I lived for 6 weeks in female dorm. In the begging I may say that it was the cleanest dorm Ive ever been to.And guest were always super respectful of each other. I made great friends there as well. The price was extremely favourable and I also I got a very good discount since I stayed for 6 weeks. The owners are a family with two kids. So the whole place have a very homey feeling. Is extremely well taken care of. They are ready to help you with any questions or problems you might have. I was invited to cook out once when they friend visited them which was extremely nice experience! The space outside is full with plants and just nice to hang out at. There is option to have a breakfast as well. I was so happy with my place and already miss it very much. Love to you guys for hosting me! All the best❤️❤️ 11/10 stars haha, Helena

I love this little hostel. It is very clean and homey. The couple that run this place are so friendly and I'm always greeted upon arrival. The owner makes every bed, every day and really takes care of the place. The one and only complaint I have are that there are no dividers or curtains between the beds. If another person in the room and has their light on, it's very hard to fall asleep. Overall though, it really is a very nice and homey hostel. I also appreciate the fact that the dorms are all female.
