Amazing. I had a great time here. Staff is super friendly. They clean every single day, and their coffee is delicious. Best deal for hostel in Chiang Mai.
Owner is very knowledgeable and smart, if you need to know anything in Chiang Mai she'll know!
They speak great English here too which is super helpful.

Lovely hostel with good atmosphere!
I really like the outside kitchen.
Mod and Jummai really take care of you and make you feel at home. Thank you for everything my friends????????????

The place is not clean. Yes, there is free water and coffee/tea and a terrace, the people are friendly, but I didn't feel comfortable and then was bitten all over in the first night by some weird bug. They did refund me the second night I had booked and already paid and they apologized, but didn't seem too surprised about my bites. I recommend to go for a different hostel.

We enjoyed our stay at Giant Hostel. The rooms are simple but cosy. You can choose from double rooms and dormitrory there. The prices are very affordable and the location is perfect - a small walking distance from the city center. But the biggest plus were the hosts - very nice and friendly and they have a wonderful doggie u003c3 she is super sweet! There were unfortunately two small minuses: although we live in the third floor we had very small ants running all over our place, getting into food and cloths. Also be aware that some of the double rooms don't have windows and that although there are walls you will hear every word and move of your neighbours.
