We stayed at Banjai Garden with our 9-year-old daughter. The room was very clean and we had enough space. Franck and Eat answered all questions and even a vegan breakfast was no problem at all! If you are looking for a few relaxing days, you will find it here!

Very quiet and friendly atmosphere although I'm the very heart of the historical city. Franck, the owner, will give you some useful tips to find daily trips away from the common touristy tours. - in English or French.
Rooms are very comfy and clean. Several tasty choices for breakfast.

Amazing place to stay!
Franck the owner and staff make you feel like your a visiting a friend.
I forgot a jacket and Franck offered me his jacket to take on a day trip !
He booked An amazing tour for us.
Very close to the daily night market (10 min walk ) and lots of massage places nearby!
Wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5!

This is a great little guest house run by a cute couple. In addition to the accommodations being excellent the hosts are super helpful and are more than happy to help with booking tours and arranging rides for no extra charge. They live in the guest house and are pretty much always available and happy to help. The location is also right in the Old City close to all the festivities and a ton of street food at night. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for three nights in their cheapest room (no AC, just fan). The owner of the place and everyone else from the staff is really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for trips and diner places. Getting breakfast (all day round) in the garden is probably the most relaxation you can get in Chiang Mai.

We had an excellent stay here. When we arrived (super early) there was no problem holding our bags, and they even gave us a sarong for the other half to use at the temples as hers was picked. Would highly recommend staying here, you will not meet nicer people. Rooms are also very large and super clean.

Banjai is like your second home, in Thailand.
The place is so beautiful and characteristic, clean and the rooms are big.
Hosts are awesome, kind and helpful.
Franck wait for us until 1am, he booked for us tour,laundry and tuktuk..what can you ask more?
You have to stay here in Chiang Mai!!
