Stayed here for a few days and rented a scooter for 150 baht which was quick and easy.
Sadly we were those traveller douchebags who fell off the bike and walked around with bandages for the next week. They couldn't have been nicer about it. Gave us the receipt for the damages which was way less than seemed reasonable. Tried to give them more but they refused. The girl who worked there was just genuinely concerned we were OK and asked how we were doing every day.
Room was cheap for the area. Pancakes for breakfast were awesome.

Only moved here after our previous hotel was full and we were so glad we moved. Just awesome hospitality and we can't thank them enough.

Staffs and owner are very acommodating. Thay can even speak english. The rooms are neat and clean.
We arrived early, 5:00 a.m., they allow us to check-in at 6:30 a.m. which is a big plus factor.
The owner Emmie helped us find and book a private van for a 3 days and 2 nights trip at a very reasonable price (very cheap for me).
She even offered a 24 hour call-for-assistance. She is very patient to answer our calls whenever we needed her assistance in booking a tent/room at Doi Inthanon and Doi Bo Luang.
For those who are planning to visit Chiang Mai I highly recommend Pudsadee Hotel.
It may not be a one of a kind hotel but I assure you that your stay will be worth it.
Room rate is very cheap... rooms are very clean...

Friendly staff and clean rooms with great included breakfast offering (option of omelettes, pancakes, or fruit). Fyi though - window shades are not blackout so there's always some residual hallway light shining into the room. Didn't bother me too much though even though I'm a light-sensitive sleeper.

Quiet soi (not main road) so it's nice and silent when trying to sleep.

Quoted a monthly rate of 10k if you are a longer term stay.

Clean hotel, super friendly staff. Bicycle and scooter rental available. Breakfast options in the morning. I personally prefer it to Julie's guesthouse across the street. Nice hang out area on the ground floor. Their coffee tables have fishes in them.

Best quality/price rate. The Room was clean and spacious and the airconditiining a pleasent perk. Position is central and allows you to walk and visit all the old town with ease. The owner was always available for any request and helped us plan our daily trips and our journey to the airport.

The owner is really helpful. Breakfast is also included in the lodging. We had an early morning flight and asked them to arrange for a cab to the airport the next day while leaving for the day and when we returned they handed us the burgers they had packed for us since we won't be able to have breakfast there.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, awesome breakfast, very good price. We got good info on tours and sights and discounts to stuff. Will stay gere again for sure on the next visit to Chiang Mai.
