Best location, best price, best hosts! Highly recommended to stay here! Cookie and her sister Tina are extremely welcoming and friendly, my wife and I felt like family from the moment we arrived! If you need to book anything they make it so easy and make sure that you have the best experience! 1e booked 4 nights originally and stayed an extra night because it was so good. The location is right outside chiang mai gate (south gate of old city) it really is the best value for money and its put over the top by the hosts!!! This is a must stay!!

Great staff, basic rooms. The staff are also "travel agents" and extremely helpful and knowledgeable in setting up area day trips. Stop in for help even if you don't stay here. They made our trip to Chiang Mai great.

Cookie the manager was fantastic, she was very friendly and helpful, in relation to arrangement of cars as well as tour activities. The hotel was also equipped with kitchen and cold water and ice always availble in the hot weather. WIFI was strong and my room is very close to washroom, fantastic. Hotel is also very close to the old city and saturday market. Great location!

Super accommodation for stays in and tours around Chiang Mai! Just a footwalk to the old city (southern gate), a super lassi shop (to the left on the outer ring), the silver handcrafters or to one of the many nightmarkets. Room (we had the 3 Px room to the street) was clean. Towels were provided. Both shared bathrooms (1st and 2nd floor) were clean and cleaned on a daily basis.u003cbr/u003eThe staff is super friendly and helps with whatever: taxi, tours (prices are ok and better than at the 'tourist infos' in the city) or massage.u003cbr/u003ePrice was deemed super fair and yes the ring road in front of the door is a bit noisy, but that was ok for us.

I don't usually do 5 stars rating, but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff was superb. The lady (I think is called cookie) took really good care of us, the place is super clean and cozy. I will go there again if back again in chiang Mai.

Wonderful customer service, good location, clean rooms, good aircon, Cookie and Tina were amazing hosts! I was here for 10 days and came back 3 month a later for 3 more days.

Basic clean rooms at a truly affordable price. Host was super nice and helpful. And English speaking! :)
