When we arrived there was no one there to check in with so had to ask the kind man who worked next door to phone the Thai number so let them know we arrived.
Our room was very dirty, clump of hair on side, floors dirty, bathroom smelly and dirty. Seemed like someone used to rent to room and then cleared their stuff out and it never had a proper clean afterwards.
Staff were not there to report to to change rooms so we left ASAP in the morning.

I couldn't sleep all night in fear
it's rainy season
I signed a contract with this place in April of last year and have been here for a year now
When I first signed the contract, it rained a lot, and I had a hard time because of the rain like now
I showed the situation to the building manager and he had only brought a trash can and two towels
And he promises to do the repair the next day, and he doesn't keep his promise for a year
I am seriously concerned about travelers staying in this kind of accommodation here
If you sleep here, you may not sleep all night and you will have to work to remove the water.

The only good thing in this hotel is the elevator. Everything else is a disaster.
Their toilet is the worst toilet that I've ever seen. There is installed split system for cooling (and it smells). Nothing is being maintained or cleaned for a long period. Room is not ventilated as well as the toilet, that does not have exhaust ventilation. That caused the bacteria growth and the smell in the toilet. Every time I took a shower I was afraid of getting some ilnesses.

Loved this place and the private balcony. Beautiful mountain views and close to grocery store banks and restaurants. Only complaint was no wifi in rooms. Tv was clear and a variety of different channels and nice bed and linens. Refrigerator worked great and had warm water . Not hot as I prefer but warm and nice pressure. For the price location and view this place is great. I have stayed in places triple the price and much less satisfying especially the TV and again the view and big private balcony with table and chairs is fabulous. The hustle of the city beneath and the beautiful mountains up above.

Manager DOES NOT CARE at all if anything is wrong. My room leaked, a lot, and he ignored my messages but eventually said I would need photo proof of where exactly the leak was coming from before calling anyone. My fridge stopped working but he just said, "Oh, sorry." and didn't fix! He didn't care that all my food went bad. And my toilet runs unless I lift the cover every flush, he wasn't bothered. And when he suggested I switch rooms, the other two he showed me both had mold all over the showers (which he said wouldn't come out but I scrubbed my room for an hour and it did eventually, just lazy), the toilet was completely not working in one and the other had a huge puddle of water from the rain earlier in the day. Terrible service. He smiles but will not fix anything!!! He is infuriating because he reads your messages then avoids you. He's going to ruin this building if he fixes and cleans nothing. And internet is spotty.

The bathroom stinks. It's noisy at night as it's right next to the main road. The receptionist goes missing at times, mostly when you need help. The Wi-Fi is weak on the 5th floor. The parking? Forget it if you drive. No room for you. Whatever room left is taken up the Food Panda riders. Other than that, I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. Unbelievably cheap at 450 baht per night.

Planned to stay for 4 nights, but we left directly after we saw the room. It wans't clean and it doesn't look like the pictures. The owner was very friendly, so that we could cancel the booking at the Same day for free.
