This is my second stay here and it's a great hotel. My wife and I have to quarantine here and it was news to us and the owners coming from the local government.
Family owned and they are very very friendly owners, they speak good English for all you farang. They are picking up food from restaurants and bringing it to our room because we can't leave. I recommend this place.

All of the amazing reviews for this place are no exaggeration. Nee and Tum has creating such an inviting and comfortable space we won't want to leave.

Their hospitality is unbelievably amazing. Both of them are very kind and very knowledgeable about the beautiful area of Chiang Mai, Pai u0026 Beyond.

The room looks just as good, maybe even
better than the photos. They has really considered the little touches that make a difference to our stay and we
loved the local stories that they shared with us every morning when we had breakfast with them.

Apartment had simple decoration style and super clean, well appointed, great WiFi, and they also helped us rent our scooter and gave us the laundry service.

Lastly, great location is close to the big night market. Nee and Tum has been truly the best host we have ever had! Can't say enough about Nee and Tum or the house!

Great place to stay. Location was very convenient, rooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyed a fun dinner on our balcony, watching the sun set over the mountains and the city. Liked being close to the market. Our host was very thoughtful and welcoming.

Very friendly manager, reasonably clean but pieces of metal from the mattress springs poking into me at night was very painful. The manager said the hostel was full so not possible to change room and she thanked me for informing her about the problem. She gave me an additional blanket to sleep on to prevent the discomfort. There was also a leak from the faucet in the bathroom. We left on Monday but nothing had been done about both problems. Maybe bcs it was w/e?

Very nice and cozy place, comfortable bed, provided us with double pillows which was nice. Staff lady knew fairly good english and was very friendly, coffee and water provided for free, 7/11 very close to the location. Would definitely stay there again ????

Really good value but the staff could be more friendly...
