I stayed here for one night 3 years ago and wanted to return to have a more full experience. I recently finished my 3-night stay in April 2022. All I can say is this hotel is absolutely amazing! From the check in experience with the amazing Ms. Monica, to the staff at Time Restaurant, and the house keeping staff with nightly turn down services, it was like being in a real living dream! The food at Time Restaurant is like fine dining! It truly is a 5-Star boutique resort for sure with full Ru0026R experience! Would I come back here again versus large corporate hotel chains? Absolutely yes!!! Would I give this 5 stars? For sure... I would give it a 6 or more if this was an option.

Na Nirand is a gem of a hotel in Chiang Mai. The grounds and rooms are immaculately kept and the customer service was wonderful and so very friendly. They helped us book travel accommodations and gave great recommendations for places to visit around town. I thought of this hotel as a welcome oasis after a long day of the hustle and bustle of the city- it was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like a total escape. Don’t miss out on a massage from the spa or the buy one get one free happy hour ???? If this isn’t reason enough to book they kindly upgraded our room upon learning it was our 5 year anniversary. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Absolutely breathtaking. The service was impeccable, hotel staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was totally delicious. The pool was perfect and the rooms were great. Location is great next to the night bazaar.

100% would recommend for a relaxing and fun visit in Chiang Mai.

We stayed here for 4 days and had a great time. First of all, the staff in the lobby are very professional and friendly. Walk us through the history, design and more of the entire Hotel. and surrounding attractions.
The room is elegantly designed. High ceilings and comfortable room design. What I like most is his balcony overlooking the river and the pool.
There are plenty of sockets in the room, but no international sockets (you can borrow them from the hotel). There is a coffee machine and capsule coffee in the room. Hair dryers are great for women's long hair.
The location of the hotel is facing the river and is very convenient! To the night market, 711, supermarkets are all within walking distance.
Not far from the ancient city.
The breakfast is also very delicious! There are many choices. Definitely can satisfy your taste buds ????
The restaurant is not super luxurious, but makes you feel very peaceful and comfortable. Dine in a sunny and flowery space. It is a blessing to have breakfast under the shade of a big tree with a slight cool breeze.
We also ate at the restaurant on one of the nights - the food was beautifully presented. Even a cup of milk tea is the most beautiful I have ever seen. The meals are also delicious and the portions are plentiful.

Every staff member at Na Nirand Resort is very friendly. Will take the initiative to greet you with a smile ????
Even the cleaning staff and garden people... cordial greetings and conversations with guests. All of this makes guests feel as comfortable and comfortable as in their own home.
The management team is excellent! ... I hope you can continue to maintain it! ????????

It would be better if a few points could be improved. 1 The socket is too loose. (The hotel staff said: In the future renovations may replace the socket and add a USB socket ????)
2, the overall light in the room is a little darker. Some lights can be added for those who need it. 3 The mirror in the bathroom is too far away for people who wear makeup, maybe an adjustable mirror can be added.

Had a wonderful stay at Na Nirand, the kind of place you don't want to leave.

Room: 5
-Bed: Large and comfortable with big pillows.
-Bathroom: No bathtub but never missed it. Large shower both rainfall.
-Balcony: Two large chairs and plenty of room
Staff: 5, whether it was front desk, restaurant, cleaning/maintenance or spa, all wonderful
Facilities: 5, beautiful grounds and wonderful pool, but the signature tree is creating special atmosphere. There is no gym to speak of though, except for a treadmill and stairmaster.
Location: 4.5, you can walk to small restaurants or bars nearby in a few minutes and get to the old town by car or bike in 5-10 min.

Rooms, pool lobby everything is perfectly clean. Staff is professional helpful and nice. The hotel restaurant provides a good quality local food maybe except maybe the deep fried sea bass. This hotel is probably one of the best in Chiang Mai.

The range of food is fair but the dishes are authentically flavoured. The ambiance is absolutely lovely provided you don't have too many people sitting around. Great for early tea and meals. I would imagine a time closer to sunset would be lovely.
