The stay would not have been as bad if it wasn’t for the rude staff at the front desk. When I approached the staff at the desk and said “Hello” in Thai several times, he completely ignored me like he didn’t hear me speaking to him. It was the most rudest thing I’ve ever encountered, especially if I’m spending my money. I will never stay there again.

Location is great to explore city center or if you want to do a your group, they will pick you up here at the hotel. Easy to use parking lot. Cleanning of room very good and alltime when i get back from town room allways cleaned. The staff are nice enough and checked us in quickly.

Almost all reviews are misleading about the staff friedliness and Clean. The AC and electric can not be left on but the room cools quickly. The walk to the Old Town was a good 20 minutes ***** busy tourist areas but we actually really enjoyed that walk. Mawin is a great option for anyone looking for comfort (not luxury) at a low price.

Its a basic hotel but offers everything you need. Clean big rooms and well located just at the river at steel bridge, approx 10-15min walk to the "oldtown". Price value is very good. Negative: no breakfast available, no soap bars or hand towels. The bed was very hard but i still slept well. I would book it again.

For the 650 Bhat it is good value considering it is sparkling clean, comfortable, and has well proportioned rooms. It's just a short walk over the bridge right into the night market and a little over a km into the old city gate. Great rooms that are cleaned beautifully.

Walk across the bridge and through the small street and you're at the Night Bazaar so it's conveniently located. The water smells like sewage and the result of that is you smell like sewage the entire day. Price value is very good. I will stay here again next time for sure.

We were able to check in hours earlier than the official check-in time which was great after getting off the overnight train. Local songthaews and tuk tuks operate across the road. The staff was very friendly. There were places to put our bags so they were not on the floor.
