Stayed at I-River end 2017 and just now in February, once again a very pleasant stay. Staff is always there, helpful and supportive. Great calm location just at the river with awesome view and a great terrace. Water coffee available at all times. Clean rooms. Daily maintenance. You can rent a scooter via the hotel. Also laundry service is available. Close to night markets and old town and yet more calm location. We loved it again!!!

I love this Bed and Breakfast accomodation. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice with mix Thai Style and Western style. There is a pool as well with a stunning view of riverside. As well, staff are very friendly. I really enjoy overall stay and I definitely will be back here again.

This recently opened hotel has a really great view, the staff is kind and professional.
The room we got was brand new, clean. This was one of the best we've had in Thailand.

They serve huge breakfasts with a new menu every day.

I would definitely stay there again next time I'll be in Chiang Mai.

Staffs were very friendly and helped us to move the luggage into the bedroom and taxi as well.
There is a snap bar with fresh fruits, snacks, tea bags, coffee, milk and water bottles for 24 hours.
There is a decent size of swimming pool, tables, sun bed and a basket with bath towels in a pool deck.
Breakfast was including fruits, 4 types of bread(croissant, wholemeal, white and baguette), salad, rice, cereal, coffee, milk(white and soy), cup noodle, meat skewer/fried chicken, sticky rice, desserts(mango sticky rice, carrot cake and sweet sponge cake), condiments and etc.
There are oven, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler that we can use in snack bar.
The kitchen area is always nice and clean.
In the swimming pool deck, u can see the nice view with ping river and I recommended to see sunset and night view.
If you ask a glass for wine, they also give as well.
The bedroom was neat, tidy and clean and there is a small balcony where you can dry your swimming cloth.
The bathroom was ventilated nicely and very clean.
Furthermore there is a very friendly cat called happy. If you are a cat lover, you will love this place.

스태프분들 정말 친절하시고 저희 짐을 체크인 전에 방에 넣어주시고 택시트렁크 안에도 넣어주셨어요. 24시간 스낵바에는 신선한 과일과 과자, 티백, 커피와 우유와 물병 있어요. 수영장 갑판에는 꽤 큰 수영장과 식탁,선베드 그리고 바스타월이있는 바구니가 있어요. 아침은 과일, 4가지종류의 빵(호밀식빵, 흰식빵, 바게트와 크로와상), 샐러드, 밥, 커피,우유(흰우유 두유), 컵라면, 고기꼬치/닭튀김, 찰밥, 디저트(망고와 찰밥, 당근케이크, 스폰지케이크), 양념류와 다른것들이 준비되어 있어요. 스낵바에는 오븐, 전자레인지, 커피머신, 전기 물 보일러가 있어서 사용할 수 있어요. 수영장 갑판에서는 정말 멋진 핑강의 뷰를 볼수 있어서 일몰과 밤 풍경 보는걸 추천드려요. 물어보시면 와인잔을 사용할 수도 있어요. 침실은 깔끔하고 정리정돈이 잘 되어있고  조그마한 발코니에서는 수영복을 말릴 수도 있어요. 화장실/욕실은 환기가 잘되고 무척 깨끗해요. 추가로, 해피라는 엄청 사람을 잘따르는 고양이가 있는데 고양이를 좋아하신다면 강추해 드려요.

Really good value for the money. The location is awesome, you can have food and drinks right next to the river. Nice pool, too.

What stands out is the concept of free snacks, fruits and water, coffee and tea 24/7.

If it wasn't for the noisy room, this would score five stars for me.

This Boutique Bed and Breakfast hotel, customized all you needs, has an amazing view of Ping river. Rooms and facilities are minimal settings, which are kept clean and comfort. Staffs are nice and professional. It's a perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Excellent hotel. Our room was well equipped with power sockets, hot water, and spotlessly cleaned every day. We loved the free fruit and snacks. The asian breakfast was absolutely delicious! I recommend labelling the foods so guests know what they are eating and also help vegetarians know what they can eat. Reason for 4 star - if there was an environmentally friendly rating the hotel would rate poorly. Everything in the breakfast was pre-portioned and wrapped in plastic, even the sticky rice, and flat bread. The hundred of water bottles in the refrigerator which will ultimately end up in our oceans could simply be replaced with a single water dispenser for guests to fill up from.
