It's hard to find the way to the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel's appearance is very beautiful, however the room is small and plain. The central Aircon sometimes is off by itself. It's my bad, I should not judge a hotel by its higher than average price and beautiful out looks, unfortunately the stay experience is only a two or three stars hotel .

We didn't have a great time here. We booked for a week and were ready to leave almost as soon as we arrived. The bed was rock hard, and the pillows too. Light switches were buttons instead of switches so hard to locate in the dark. Our room had no natural light as the tiny 'balcony' was about 5cm from a wall and the place was full of mosquitos even when we hadn't opened the windows. The aircon was old and loud too and the water heater for the shower didn't really work very well so we never had anything but a lukewarm shower. The wifi was terribly slow and inconsistent. We decided to request a room upgrade at the expense of half our stay. They kindly gave us the upgrade for the entire duration of our stay, which is why I've given two stars instead of one. Overall, we didn't really enjoy our stay here and wouldn't come back.

A niche boutique hotel in the outskirts of the old city. The hotel has a lot of character, both on the facade and inside the room. Room itself was cosy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. The only downside is if you travel by car, there is limited parking spaces. Overall, we loved our stay there.

We didn’t stay at this hotel, but at a guesthouse near Le Charcoa. Even without being a guest we were allowed to make use of the pool without any fee charged. The staff was so friendly.
The restaurant was also amazing, we kept coming back for their lovely pizza’s. Most amazing part was that during the weekend pizzas are buy 1 get 1 free, for a glass of wine they had the same deal and with beers the deal was buy 2 get 1 free.

A lovely hotel and restaurant nestled in the heart of old Town Chiang Mai. The staff is friendly and kind. We enjoyed pizza and some delicious smoothies. If you have lunch, there you can swim in the lovely pool in the afternoon. We had a great time enjoying the sun and the pool and the lovely atmosphere.

The nice hotel with unique style, timber or Hobbit style maybe. Really recommend for the family as they have a good size pool. Breakfast was good but limited choices. The staff was helpful, understand what you need and delivered.
