I stayed here some years ago and it was very comfortable. I was worried initially as the room was small, but somehow it worked out, I had my privacy. The bed was so comfortable and the AC cooled the room really fast. Spacious bathroom.
Full place was neat and clean.

The host was so kind and friendly. He was concerned and genuinely helpful.

Nice room with AC, super lovely and helpful hosts, amazing location in the centre of Chiang Mai (you will easily get everywhere by walk) and great price. You will even get free tea, coffee and fresh fruits. Best value for money.

싱글룸이 넓고 매트도 굉장히 커서 세명도 누워잘수 있을 정도에요. 작지만 발코니가 딸려 있고 옷장 테이블 드라이어 거울 등이 비치되어 있습니다.
욕실은 아랫층의 도미와 같이 사용해서 약간 불편함은 있지만 온수기에서 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 세면용품도 비치되어 있습니다.
물과 커피도 맘껏 제공되고 로비에 휴식공간도 있어 안락한 느낌입니다. 사장님도 친절하시고 한국어도 꽤 잘하셔서 소통에 문제가 없습니다.
편도 1차선 도로 옆에 있는데 차들이 시끄럽게 다녀서 낮잠은 잘수없을 정도지만 밤엔 조용합니다.
무엇보다 채광이 좋고 환기가 잘되서 침구도 뽀송해요. 에어컨도 있어서 시원하고 좋았어요. 2분거리에 편의점도 있어요 ㅎㅎ
