Clean rooms and bathroom, great location, friendly host. A great place if you do not plan to spend time in the room, and you need the place just to sleep. The price is very pleased. You also can buy water and rent a scooter there.

Really, it was a blessing to find this place! The rates are unbeatable, June is so welcoming, friendly and helpful and her family is so sweet ♥️! The place is super clean, comfy and quiet. I felt like at Home and will definitely be back! Thanks again June and all the best to you and your Family!

Very friendly and helpful staff!
The rooms are simple but nice and light and have very comfortable beds. Everything (also the shared bathrooms) is very clean.
The price is very good and it's close to nice restaurants and bars.
Would always come back!

Decent basic place. I would recommend it it any backpacker or frugal traveller who is looking for a small, clean and quiet room in a no-frills accommodation just to drop off the bags and walk out straight into Chiang Mai old town.

Sparkling clean, smelling good, and spacious double room with a fan for 250 baht.

We had some quality sleep.

The location is also great and the staff are helpful.

Basic place to stay if you are on budget. The location is great close to Nightmarkets and a lot of good restaurants. The rooms are clean. A lot of services are offered. You can buy tours, rent motorbikes and get you laundry done.
