This place is cheap and conveniently close to the city centre and to a local traditional market. The host I found was kind and welcoming, but my single room was quite run down. Overall a suitable choice for who doesn't care too much about comfort or about a food view from the window. Still, it feels safe for example to leave your luggage in the hall.

Great location and great value! Just down the road from Zoe in Yellow, one of the most popular bars in Chiang Mai for backpackers. Also only a 5 minute walk to the famous Sunday Night Market. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Loads of mosquitoes in the room, eventhough we had AC and never opened the windows. The bathroom was moldy, and the room was generally dirty. You could easily find a better place for the same price.

Nice guesthouse and friendly, specially the woman who is taking care of the house, she was always kind, smiling and helpfull. The single room was good for the price.. It was clean and the location is perfect !

Mold and mosquitos in the room and the staff was not helpful at all. It is cheap though and the location is pretty good.

Very dirty place,so many mosquitoes in the room,poor service and the owner(Chinese guy) is very tricky,recommend to stay other places.

Very nice, quiet, friendly and cheap place. Housekeeper is nice guy. I can recommend this place
