Location is great, it is opposite to the Tha Phae Gate. They offered a really value long-stay price. Good bed, hot shower, cleaning service, and parking lot are included in the package. My room was clean, better than what I expected. Staff was kind to show me different room types, and I found that some rooms do not have a window or have a smaller window. By the way, it’s a 3-star hotel, and you get more than what you pay for.

A quite hotel with many things going for it. The location of this hotel is prime but has some shortfall like no ac in the lobby and the room ac is a bit dated. The breakfast here is buffet style and quite nice but can be hard to enjoy when it is hotter inside than the shade outside.

bad, the hotel wants to charge to provide a towel, yes I can't shower because there isn't 1 towel in the room. also now there is a noise impossible to sleep because they are doing a work.

Never stayed at the hotel and I never will. I understand I booked a nonrefundable room. The SHA Plus covid rooms were mandated by the Thailand government. When the Thailand government changed the Covid arrival rules about the fully vaccinated tourists not requiring the test and go scheme on arrival. I canceled the room which I didn't expect to get my money back for the room fee. The RT-PCR Covid Test, Airport Transfer, ATK Test were separate charges on the booking. The IMM Hotel Tha Phae refused to refund me the money for the RT-PCR Covid Test, Airport Transfer, ATK Test which were no longer required by the Thailand Government.

Me and my partner stayed here the last week and a bit, we picked it because of its location and free wifi, breakfast. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. We stayed on the second floor near the stairs which was convenient, we could hear a lot of sound in the morning from people being loud at breakfast but other than that it was quiet, the room was well kept and new air-con. The breakfast had a good selection for a jump-start to the day and the staff were friendly and spoke English. I would definitely recommend.

A mid range functional hotel - Rooms are basic but nice and clean. Air-conditioning is good. But the best thing about this hotel is its location right opposite the main city Gate. I stayed during Songkran and this was right in the heart of all the action!! its also within easy walking distance of the weekend markets and Night Bazaar.

Very nice quiet and peacefull hotel. Location is good if you come during weekend. Everything you need is on the property and it's close to the town. We stopped by a lot of shops ***** the way. The shower is perfect and there is a good working airco in the room.
