The location of the hotel is top notch. Located right in the center of Chaing Mai, everything is within walking distance.
The price-quality ratio is also great. Simple rooms but very cheap.

The best thing about this hotel are the owners Paul and Jinny. These are the nicest, helpful and friendliest people you can have as a hotel owner. Nothing is too much to ask for them.

Stayed here for one week with three friends and it was awesome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Price/quality for the rooms is great!
The location is perfect as everything is within walking distance.
The owners Paul and Jinny are the most helpful and friendly I have ever experienced in a hotel. They help you with everything you need and they know exactly what the best locations are in Chiangmai. Nothing is too much to ask.
So it is definitely recommended to go to born guest hotel!

Paul and Ginny are great hosts who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, great location with shops, restaurants and Tha Pae Gate at your doorstep.

Beautiful place. Worth the stay. Staff very helpful, for all your needs. Travel, local stuff. Right in town. No better place to be, everything close by

Well what can I say about this place!!! I can say plenty the host Jinny and Paul made my stay all the more enjoyable with their local knowledge, ideally located in the centre of the city close to all major roads so getting around was so easy and cheap…. I loved born guesthouse and vibe that much I stayed here for 29 days and the workers here were absolutely wonderfull as no request was to hard for them, So if you’re looking for affordable ideally located accommodation look no further than born guesthouse and the amazing owners Paul and Jinny…. You will not be disappointed

The people who run this hostel are awesome. They were very helpful and friendly. They make a soup at this place that is to die for ! Location was perfect for my family. We rented two rooms and the accommodation exceeded what we expected for the price. We took the train here from Bangkok and the hotel picked us up at the train station. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Just had some food here. Staff are great and I highly recommend the Laarb Moo. It has crackling In it which is really original and tastes awesome!
