I can never forget my experience here back in 2015. I went there for a coffee and worked on my laptop. Initially it was not busy but then as more and more people came and it became full, I left (after one hour total). As I approached the male barista (owner?), to say thank you as I left, he shook my hand and said "Don't come back here again" while laughing, but he was clearly being serious. I understand it's a small cafe, and I'm very conscious to leave as soon as there is danger of a customer being turned away, but this is not the way to talk to a customer. By all means express that laptops, or longer sitting is not welcome, but don't do it in that way. Very poor customer service from him. The Chinese female barista (student I think) working there at around the same time period, in contrast, was so much better.
