Good basic guesthouse.

A group of us stayed at Yourhouse 3 and it was convenient, clean and cheap.

Google Maps has it misplaced about 2 blocks away and many guests were experiencing this difficulty.

Once you know it is in the side-soi next to the well--known UN--Irish Pub, you will have no difficulty in finding it.

Staff are friendly and helpful, but do not have a lot of English language.

Quiet lane. Great rooms and excellent value for money. Handy to everything. Good food in streets nearby. Very little traffic noise. Balcony for sitting or drying clothes. TV. Fridge. Parquetry flooring. Very clean. Range of rooms from 300 to 650 baht. We even have a luxury bathroom with bath for 500 baht.

Clean, excellent prices and fantastic location. Very friendly Thai family running the place. Comfy beds, large fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, grest pressure hot showers, very light an airey, balconies and windows all with mosquito nets. Excellent eating, drinking, coffee, breakfast, dinner, cocktails, massage, laundry options all within seconds of accommodation. Will return for sure.

We had an aweful experience. The 'madam' was not there so we were greeted by an elderly Thia couple. Sounds nice, however, they asked us to leave, stating that this was not the place we were looking for. Finally the lady called the madam u0026 allowed me to explain that we had booked a room for the night. The madam told us to wait an hour for her to arrive u0026 to give our passports to the lady. We did not let the lady have our passports. Once in the room, we had difficulty connecting to the 8 different wifi IPS. The room was fine. A bit hot u0026 certainly dated, but it looked cleanish. We did wait for over an hour before forgoing the initial booking fee. Ended up at the Villa de Hun. Awesome place so far. ????

Really friendly french-english-thai speaking owner, and a range of rooms depending on your budget. "Feel like home" accomodation and the street is really quiet. Good for couples.

Relatively clean u0026 quiet, don't be demanding, you get what you pay for. Owner is friendly and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
