Very unpleasant. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. Also the bedding had a strange smell. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom was in such a bad condition that I choose not to take a shower. It was also loud. There is a little bar opposite that played loud music. The location is good. I found a nice and clean hotelroom l just around the corner. It is only 50 Bhat more and clean and modern. So also from the point of view "value for money" a bad choice. Cannot recommend.

Very cheap for the great location - rooms were clean, towels provided.
The staff is nice although people staying at the same time were a bit weird. Def not a place to socialize, but ok if you know Chiang Mai and you need a place to crash

I would give this place a zero if I could. The bedroom was disgusting and hot, the bathroom had ants everywhere. I also woke up with INSANE bed bug rashes and bites all over my body. I only stayed here because Just Chill Inn around the corner sold my room and switched me over here. I am absolutely terrified that a place could allow such terrible conditions. ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Great cheap option in the main touristic area, quite, clean, nice staff. Solid guest house single room with private bathroom and balcony 200 thb!
Hard to find a better deal

Big bright room with fan and hot shower for 400 baht... Not bad! Also very close to really good restaurants and cafes and fruit market.

The only thing is internet was really slow and unreliable. I was almost going to give 4 stars for that!!!

Five stars for Chinda House and the family and staff who runs the guesthouse. This is truly my favorite guesthouse, as the family and staff are so welcoming and kind to anyone who comes by. The rooms are right with the cheapest in Chiang Man for a private room with fan. Also available rooms with AC and fridge for those seeking a break from hot air. Khob khan krap, Chinda family!

I've been staying here for a couple of months. Great location, lots of nice food nearby (vegan, organic). Staff are super nice. Internet cafe downstairs
