Run by the loveliest lady in Chiang Mai who speaks great English and is great to chat with about your adventures in Thailand. Incredibly cheap prices for a solo private room. If you wanna get away from the noise for a bit

For the price this is a great little guesthouse. Nice staff. Good location for quietness but lots of eateries etc nearby. Rooftop terrace was nice area to chill. Secure premises. Rooms were clean though the bed was a little uncomfortable, as it was a frame with 2 thin mattresses stacked on each other. Would definitely return to stay again.

Awesome owner, very helpful in showing me around the city and arranging scooter rental, suggesting food and more. They have gear for same in the lobby at very reasonable prices. The rooftop is super relaxing and a great place to meet people! There are also hostel cats that are tame and clean and super cute! If you need anything syd the owner will help you out :). Would definitely stay here again, the rooms are very clean and cool. Everything works fine no problems.

I stayed in at least 5 places in Chiang Mai and this is by far the worst place I stayed in. It was dirty and I felt like I needed to lay my sheet down to lay on the bed. Sheets were so old and dingy I could not tell if they had been washed. Bed was the hardest I had experienced. Cold shower and toilet you had to flush by adding water. Yes, these are private rooms, yet the walls are so thin and the window butts right up to another building that it felt like I was sharing a room with other people. I laid awake one night listening to someone have a conversation on speaker phone at 1 in the morning. I spent another night listening to my drunken neighbor stumble back and forth to the toilet to heave all night. The western male owner is kind of rude. The rooftop and location are this places saving grace. However, I feel their are better deals in the area and I would rather support a totally Thai ran business. These things are all fine but for the price there are way better values in the area.

It’s my 2nd time staying at this guest house. Simply they have the best value for money u0026 are in a wonderful neighbourhood in Chiang Mai. Usually friendly service, descent rooms. Just be aware (in winter)!that some rooms don’t have hot showers.
There’s a nice rooftop, cute cats chillin, clean, and it seems guests are usually great as well.

Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again.

Simple but nice room(double room with private bathroom and fan) , a bit noisy though because the rooms are right next to each other and the little windows of the bathrooms meet on the same long corridor where there is a balcony..so you hear everything coming from a bathroom/toilet act. The terrace is beautiful but it's closing strictly at 21.50... Very kind and helpful staff,giving you all the information needed to go around the city.

Nice hostel with staff super friendly! The lady at the reception was super helpful and she helped me to book my activities for the week. The rooms are good but the bed is super hard. You can have hot or cold showers. The rooftop is amazing and super cozy. There is a lot of local restaurant around the guesthouse and one vegan restaurant! I really loved my stay here and I recommand to everyone ????
