Positive: The staff are very friendly and helpful, always the smiles in their faces, the localisation is good near of night street market and the old city,. Negative: We have booked a superior room, but in our arrival they give us a room in ground floor without any explications and the room haven't any view(view to a poor area). So we haven't choice to open the window. In the 3th day we find a problem with a hot water.

Simple but clean and rather spacious rooms. The landlady is really caring and smiling. The price is very competitive and laundry can be given at 40 Baht/kg for simple washing. Warm water, good bed, also has A/C (which I did not use). Freedom Yoga is right next doors and a great place to take classes.

Positive: the beautiful garden and helpful staff was let down by basic room faults. Negative: the hotel had several empty rooms yet the double room I was given had a broken tap and the cupboard door under the washbasin was hanging on by only 1 hinge rendering it unusable. why was I given the broken room as a first choice? the room I settled for had a window that looked out into an untidy side alley. at THB 1500, it was not a cheap place to stay. Why put flowers with the towels when the washbasin is very clearly broken?.

Positive: Spotlessly clean u0026 excellent staff easy to park the car and a nice breakfast. Negative: Could’ve had a better mirror in the bathroom area.

Positive: Our room was super clean and spotless! The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good! Nice and caring staff :) 100% recommended.

Reception staff were exceptionally good, Annie was most helpful, nothing was an issue for her, speaks good English.
The rooms are good, standard of cleanliness is excellent. The location is perfect , you are in the centre of everything. Would highly recommend, would definitely stay there again

Very new hotel with good location ,not far from Tha-pae walking street (around 10mins walk) , the room is clean and comfortable and also Staff are friendly and helpful . We can book a car to airport from the hotel , It's so convenient .
