If you just want a walk in visit for a GP it's easy and cheap, but nothing special. If you need a specialist they cancel, reschedule, and sometimes treat you like a walk in despite scheduling far in advance (over an hour wait before I gave up and left). Sometimes the staff is helpful. Sometimes they just seem uninterested in helping. I personally won't be going back after my experience today.

My Thai friend has had a motorcycle accident and since the first day she came to this hospital, she has been well treated. When you get out of your car in the emergency part, there is always a member of the staff to help you. They put you on a wheelchair and take you wherever you need. They are very gentle and always meet you with a nice smile. The nurses in the old and new building are really friendly and polite. They explain you everything they will do with you.
My friend Chutima Saetun is also very happy with the doctor. She is getting her ACL surgery today.
I think one very important point of this hospital is that they show empathy for you. They actually put themselves in your shoes and nowadays nobody is willing to do it anymore. I strongly recommend it:)

I just left the emergency room , completely un attend , all the emergency room nurses 3 woman and one man playing with the telephone , one receive me at the door repeating many time to the one in charge to attend me but she continue to play with their phone , I was in a accident this morning but unfortunately because of lack of staff I could not go early to hospital to have x Ray and check up , I feel sour and pain all over my body minor scars and bruise , I felt impotent in front of the superficial treatment that I received ( or not receive) this happen just now 20:50 pm on the 15 December 2021 , shame on them I left and I am now in MCkormick hospital were I am been treated seriously and politely , if I was the manager of the hospital I would have check the camera and warned strongly the useless staff ! This is a Hospital to avoid , if you are in pain do not go there they are not treating you . Shame on you

If you are going to choose a hospital for COVID vaccination service, I advise you to choose another hospital. The management here is terrible. You will be seated together with the person waiting for SWAB and the person waiting for payment which are in the same zone. It's so bad! Moreover, I tried to contact this hospital hotline for several days, it was very terrible.

I was totally ignored after I was told to wait.
Forget it if you're not Thai. After 20 minutes being ignored by 4 girls at computer screens a Thai came and sat down and was seen to immediately!
All the signs are in Thai in the old building which resembles a building site. I was subsequently told this is Au0026E!!!
I was finally taken to the new building. The staff were more attentive but less friendly. I had to rely on Google Translate to communicate.
I got better attention and communication at the Government hospital in Hang Dong.
If you're not Thai and want decent medical services in Chiang Mai try RAM or any other hospital.

(Thank you for your acknowledgement and constructive response. I will give you another chance)

Walked in to inquire about the rabies vaccine and was told it would cost about 600 baht in total. After meeting with the nurse and doctor briefly, I went to pay the bill which turned out to be much higher. I explained to them the price given to me and the nurses and staff were nice about the misunderstanding. Luckily, they allowed me to pay for the vaccine and find a public hospital to administer the vaccination. I would recommend them since the nurses were nice and there is a handful of staff/nurses who speaks good English and the doctor speak Fluent English, but make sure you speak to the right staff about cost!
