One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!! The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was incredible - best hotel breakfast I’ve had! Even if you’re not vegan, you’ll enjoy it. Rooms are gorgeous, pool is fantastic. Location is great. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for about a week with my significant other and it was amazing! The resort is a short walk to Thapae gate which is nearby some of the landmarks you would want to see in Chiang Mai. Additionally, it is a close walk to vegan/vegetarian restaurants and a 7/11.

I also had a wonderful vegan breakfast meal included each day in addition to the of buffet of fruits and bread provided.

Lastly, I would like to say that the service at this resort is phenomenal. The staff goes above and beyond to help you, especially Alex who helped us when it was pouring rain.

The service rendered by Fern is top notch. She is helpful, polite and always greets me with a smile. The hotel is 5 mins away from Thapae Gate. I found the hotel location to be convenient to walk around without having to book a car or other mode of transportation if you like to explore around that area. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast and lunch menu is limited, there's a small pool. I highly recommend this hotel and will return back again. Look for Fern she is extremely kind and helpful.

We stayed here just for a night, we felt really welcomed and friendly staff upgraded to a suite room although we booked deluxe room with mega sale price. Even it was lucky that we booked an amazing hotel with very inexpensive price. Location was at an accessible place which is walk distance from DT.
Staff were absolutely friendly and soft-spoken. Swimming pool has an amazing view that reminded me of Beverly Hills.

Very nice white layout hotel situated in between 2 sois. 6 to 8 mins walk to Tha Phae Gate. Quiet location. Large clean room. Comfortable bed.
Small long narrow pool. Good for a dip. No exercise room. A small restaurant serving vegan food.

We spent 5 days in Chian Mai at this Vegan Hotel. The staff, the facilities and the rooms are outstanding, but restaurant Moreganic has a limited service schedule, until 14:30 hours every day.
About the Restaurant Moreganic I want to thanks its staff for the excellent service and the dishes they prepare, delicious.
The pool is long and great, at one end there is a small jacuzzi.
We will repeat next time in Chian Mai.

It appears this hotel denies guests based on nationality — after they have already paid.
Here are the facts:
- After booking the hotel through Agoda my card was charged for the booking amount
- I then received a telephone call from Agoda informing me that the hotel wished to know more information about myself, before they would accept the booking — specifically they wished to know my Nationality.
- I provided them with this information, then waited for my confirmation
- After waiting several hours, I still hadn't received the confirmation, so I checked my booking only to see it had been cancelled — and no reason was given
- After checking with Agoda I could see that the booking with cancelled By the Hotel.

This is annoying for many obvious reasons, but particularly because my card has already been charged - and I now need to wait for a refund. What was the point of all this?
