Stayed in January 2022 in Nikki Beach amazing hotel and wonderful staff. The manager of hotel was always checking with us if we like everything and if need any help or assistance. I think that's best service we encountered in Thailand during our holidays. And make sure you get room with breakfast because its amazing breakfast there and all food actually great. Even its beach club hotel still very baby friendly and provided baby cot and all necessary staff for it. Thank you to all Nikki Beach Samui team to make our 1 week stay wonderful. We defiantly will be back!!!

It's a picture perfect, bohemian style beach resort. It goes without saying the staff were amazing..special thanks to Noi, April and the breakfast staff. If you want a dreamy, chilled out place to stay in a quiet part of the island then this will definitely not disappoint. We stayed in the garden villas...large air conditioned room which was minutes walk away from the beach.
The beach is dotted with guests and locals who congregate in the evening to watch the sunsets. The water is calm and warm, felt more like a swimming pool than the sea. I'm 5.10ft and could walk quite far out before it started getting deep.
On the whole a very cool, and chilled out resort in a more natural part of Koh Samui..

Stayed at the Nikki beach hotel in July 2022, me and my husband had a great time, great service, great Atmosphere we loved everything there. April was helping us everytime we needed something she is such great professional person she listened to every details we had about the breakfast and food.. also at the time of our checkout we met the new manager jack he was very kind and respectful that he greeted us.
Great hotel to stay at and I’m sure it will get improved in terms of the breakfast menu and dinner menu as well.

Good atmosphere and a great location, the food was solid without being amazing and the service was pretty good. Only exception as the great mineral water fiasco. Charging 249 Baht for a bottle of water in Thailand and not telling the customers before opening X2 is not acceptable if you care for your customers and when asked, the server just looked at me blankly. Worth a look but buyer beware.

We stayed there 5 nights. I wish it was only one night. Poor service by inexperienced staff. Overpriced and food quality is not up to the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Flies everywhere. Terrible location with nothing around. No activities at all. The beach is really nice and amazing sunset.

The place is very far from central samui and Green mango. People who are looking for complete serenity and seclusion should go here. The breakfast was divine. So much of variety and no wastage. love love love! The staff was very helpful and the place was very clean.

Hotel is very beautiful with excellent beach and pool. However due to Covid 19 situation it has still not come to its full glory what Nikki beach is famous for. There is currently nothing much happening in hotel due to very less residents. Also dinner menu is limited. Hotel is good for people who want a private stay inside type of vacation. Hotel is around 40- 60 minutes drive from Center of Koh samui. There is nothing outside of hotel, so if you are looking for night action and entertainment better to stay in hotels near to city center
