Quaint little outdoor restaurant very near the beach. Had lunch, spring rolls and (curry) pineapple rich with chicken. The portion size was excellent as was the food. Very glad I just happen to stop here for lunch.

Service was great, but I was the only customer at the time. Nice breeze flows through but as someone mentioned it is just off a road (but it’s Koh Samui so, what do you expect at these prices!).

Would definitely come back!

Very very nice restaurant. The food was delicious and very good amounts. The mixed fruits shake was incredibly good as well. At the end the very nice Lady gave us watermelon for desert. For 3 people we payed 500 baht. Would recommend to everyone to visit this place!!!

Best food in town! No seriously they have lots of delicious dishes served from a lovely and nice lady and also the prices are very fair! Coming again soon :)

My partner and I together with a good friend stayed in the area for 5 days. Almost everyday we went to the Gulaytu for dinner and/or lunch. This is saying much as we normally don't repeat restaurants while on holiday as we like to try different ones. We simply couldn't resist this place: the family who owns it is incredibly friendly and polite, the food is tasty and very cheap (curry, noodles, fried rice, gyoza, tempura balls, we tried everything!!) And the place itself is informal but cozy and welcoming at the same time. We definitely recommend the Gulaytu for everyone as their menu also has international food options and cocktails. The owner even gifted us 5% and 10% discount vouchers after a couple of visits. If you are in the area (Lipa beach is beautiful and we had it almost for ourselves at this time of the year) don't miss the chance to eat here.

What an unbelievable gem. 500 meters from my Resort Sun Valley, where the food is outstanding, Gulaytu's food is equal if not better, the staff there greet you like family and will cater your every whim. I eat lunch/dinner here everyday. My lady here with me a Thai beauty. Was worried about getting wet from Restaraunt to Resort on first visit. The owner who was very busy at time stopped everything to take her to Resort on motorbike. Business par Excellence. Staff are outstanding, well worth a visit or 4. Cant speak highly enough.

Been here many times. The food is always good and fresh, not expensive, it's the best in the area. The owner is quite artistic and she keeps a very clean kitchen.

This is one of the best location I've been so far. Very friendly staff und delicious meals. I highly recommend the Massaman Curry with rice (cooked in coconut milk). 5* thump's up :)
