This was our first visit to hula since Covid and so we were keen to see how it had survived the pandemic. We found that some of the old staff were still there and it was great to reconnect with them. We also met new staff who are carrying on the tradition of professionalism, care and kindness that we have always loved about this place. All staff , cleaners, gardeners, food and beverage as well as front desk couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The grounds and rooms continue to be beautifully maintained and the pool, with its location right on the beach, is a wonderful place to while away the day.
For us Chura is a piece of paradise and we will keep coming back
Tip: Chura is perfect for people who simply want to chill and relax. It may not be the best choice for “party animals”

This place has the most forthcoming and nice staff I have ever met.

The location is right in the middle of a lets say honeymoon beach.

The pool is decent and has also a bar with awesome staff, same goes for the massage.

There are many restaurants in the near, The Tent and Giullia u0026 Romeo are a little bit more expensive though.

If you are a party tourist or need room service 24/7 that is the wrong spot , but perfect match for young couples and uncomplicated families.

Great resort!
For the price it was fantastic! It is our honeymoon and they did a cute little thing on our beds (pictured!)
Air conditioning is strong and the bed is comfortable.
Helpful staff.

We booked online at one rate. The website did not send a confirmation email with the rate,, so we called to make sure it was correct. Then, when we arrived, they said it was twice as much. We told them about the website and we had called, but it did not matter. Then, they tell us since COVID the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. No dinner.
The staff was very nice. I'm not sure if it was a problem with the website or what.
The breakfast was awful.
The bathroom is open air, so we were fighting mosquitoes just to go to the bathroom. They should be spraying for mosquitoes, but I don't think they do.
The pool looks great in pictures, but looks ike it is coated in mildew when you look in person.
The sandy Beach is more rocks than sand. Very disappointing.

Right on the Chaweng Beach. Really comfortable and inviting. Quiet and private. Small shopping strip over the road with food, massage A1, 7/11, and restaurants. Plenty of vehicles to get in not town. Try the motorbike taxis.

Hard to say since covid just ended and the hotel was not fully operational,.
It's not really near anything interesting, you'll need to get a taxi, the service was ok, I expected more frome a 4 star resort,.

Beautiful rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
My only issue was chewang run down at moment after covid
