Nice place and nice food. Owner tells you very enthusiastic about all the food. He claims it to be the original Thai food. Although the food was very nice freshly made I wonder if it was original Thai. It tasted like Asian fusion cooking to me. Nevertheless, I would recommend this restaurant. And make sure you drink one of the cocktails they make (just as the food freshly made with good ingredients)

No words can describe how much we loved this place! The owners are an amazing couple, she’s Indonesian and she cooks incredible Indonesian food as well as Thai and western. The service is top and we just fell in love with everything about this place. Make sure you go to their new location (not Haad Yao)

In my opinion this is a must visit for anyone visiting the island. Run by a French and Indonesian couple the kitchen offers up traditional Indonesian, Thai and western food. The head chef runs her kitchen in a tight and professional manner, creating everything from scratch and sourcing many of their flavours from their own garden. The food is beautifully balanced and the service is delivered with joy and charm. If you like your food traditionally spicy then please ask otherwise the food is perfectly balanced for the western palet. Everyone takes pride in all they do, and Amon knows how to create some stunning cocktails. I could write an essay on this place... Just go, engage and have a wonderful experience. Oh, and the coffee! Yes!

From the beginning to the end of our experience here, we had a great time. It started with being greeted by the owner (shirtless and quite toned) and ended by being followed out to our scooter by the house monkey. Yes, they had a pet monkey who kept us entertained our entire meal.

The Penang Curry was great, and the Island Breeze smoothie was the best fruit smoothie we had on the island. And the view!! What a cool view.

There is a reason that House People is always found towards the top of restaurant lists for Koh Phangan.

This place is fantastic! The food is not only super delicious but big portions too.
Also try the mango shake - it's Devine!
No sugar added and all natural ingredients.

The chef is a wonderful Indonesian lady and she shared her knowledge of the vegetables and herbs she grows in her garden.
She even whipped up a special Indonesian dish for me that was not on the menu!

Love this place and would give more than 5 stars if possible :)

It is a nice view from up here and very friendly staff. On bad weather days it will get a bit windy though. The food was really good and will definitely eat here again, I would not recommend the hamburger (the fries are very good though) but there is really good Indonesian and Thai food to choose from.

Best Burgers we ever had! No exaggeration, please try them. Rama 5 King Burger u0026 Double Cheese Burger with French Fries are a Revelation. Everything home-made and delicious. We could enjoy it in a beautiful, relaxed location with very nice staff and good music. The atmosphere just complemented the great food. Fair prices too. Thanks for the splendid evening, we will be back.
